What is adaptive training?
As individuals we have different exercise and diet goals; requiring a dynamic training program suited to fit your personal fitness needs and capabilities. This method intelligently adjusts your training plans as needed.

This training session will serve as an assessment of your measurements (height, weight, body dimensions), your fitness goals and explore any prior injuries or unique access needs that we can integrate into your adaptive training.

As someone who has been disabled since birth and is a full-time powerchair user, fitness with Tammy was the first time I had physical activity recreationally and for fun. I am able to challenge myself much differently from my weekly physical and occupational therapy sessions. Tammy continues to pour so much time, love, & dedication into me. My strength & endurance have grown tremendously & I have much less daily pain. However seeing such personal success, my self-worth & my willingness to be adventurous & try new things have also been noteworthy. I coach at Pro Fit Gym USA and Fusion Kick Boxing and MMA with the Special Needs Community and adult classes. I am also a Coach at Pro Fit Gym USA, where I influence junior boxers of the USA Boxing Amateur scene, and anyone willing to work on their mental health and fitness. I take the time to teach healthy coping mechanisms while learning to box and achieve personal goals. Doesn’t matter the ability or age, my programs for everyone.
